Nottingham based construction and logistics training provider, Learning World, is delighted to announce the achievement of the Matrix Quality Standard.
The Matrix standard signifies to employers that Learning World provides high quality information, advice and guidance to both businesses and individual learners.
To achieve the standard, Learning World had to demonstrate its competency through a rigorous assessment process involving staff from across the business. As part of this assessment process, the Matrix assessors look at seven core elements including the accessibility of information about the service Learning World offers, how accessible is the service, as well as obtaining feedback from learners and businesses who have used Learning World’s services.
The assessment encompassed the entirety of the Learning World Group, including Construction Learning World, Logistics Learning World and HB Training.
Helen Smith, Chief Executive Officer at Learning World comments:
“The Matrix accreditation is another example of how we continue to be the leading provider of industry relevant training and assessment.”
“One of the strengths identified by the Matrix assessor is that all our staff have a proven high level of knowledge and expertise in their area that they consistently demonstrate to our customers, be they businesses or individuals.”
“We’re naturally very proud of the recognition which has been awarded to all of the Learning World Group. Employers looking for training and assessment can be confident that our provision is first class and geared to meet their needs.”
